Policy Title: Advertising and Promotion Code No. 904.2
The use of students, the School District name, or its buildings and sites for advertising and promoting products and/or services of entities and organizations operating for a profit is disallowed. Nonprofit entities and organizations may be allowed to use students, the School District name, or its buildings and sites if the purpose is education-related and prior approval has been obtained from the Superintendent.
